When we brought our customers, and team together last week, in Montreal for the Dispatch Science User Conference 2026, my biggest takeaway was simple: the future of logistics is incredibly exciting, and our customers are helping to lead the way.

Over two days, we heard firsthand how organizations are using Dispatch Science to streamline operations, improve visibility, deliver better customer experiences, and support growth in increasingly complex markets. Whether it was through our customer success panels, hands-on workshops, AI discussions, or product innovation sessions, the conversations were practical, candid, and full of ideas that will influence the next generation of our platform.

What was especially encouraging was the appetite for innovation. Our customers aren't looking for technology for technology's sake. They're looking for solutions that solve real problems, simplify operations, provide actionable insights, and help their teams work smarter. From AI and automation to analytics, integrations, and user experience, the focus was consistently on driving measurable business outcomes.

We were excited to share our vision and roadmap, including many of the innovations currently in development, but some of the most valuable moments came from listening. The Customer Q&A sessions, hallway conversations, and networking events reinforced that our best ideas often come directly from the people using our platform every day.

As we look ahead, I’m more energized than ever about where Dispatch Science is going. We'll continue investing in the technologies that matter most to you, our customers, while staying true to our mission of helping carriers, couriers, and logistics providers operate more efficiently, scale confidently, and deliver exceptional service.

The conference wasn't just a reflection on how far we've come. It was a glimpse into what's next, and I'm incredibly excited about what we'll build together. Thank you everyone for your participation.

What I love most about this initiative is the focus on conversation and collaboration—from product updates and feature discussions to real‑world use cases and peer‑to‑peer support. It’s all about empowering users to get even more value from Dispatch Science while shaping the future of the platform together.

I can’t wait to see the insights, success stories, and meaningful connections that will grow out of this community.

Hi everyone,

As we continue to evolve Dispatch Science, one of our biggest focuses for the coming year is further imbedding AI into the platform and its functions. We have our own thoughts and plans on where and how to do this, but we also want to hear from the people who know the product best—you, our users.

AI can support delivery operations in many ways, but we want to make sure we’re investing in the capabilities that matter most to your business. So we’d love your input.

How would you like to see AI used in Dispatch Science? What would bring the most value to you?

A few questions to guide your feedback:

Where do you currently spend the most manual time in Dispatch Science?

Which workflows feel repetitive or predictable?

What decisions would you like AI to support—or even make—for you?

Your feedback shapes our roadmap

Our goal is not to add AI for the sake of it, but to use the leverage it provides to make your operations faster, easier, and more resilient.

Thanks in advance for sharing your ideas—we’re excited to design the future of Dispatch Science with you.
