Very excited to see the launch of our new user community.

What I love most about this initiative is the focus on conversation and collaboration—from product updates and feature discussions to real‑world use cases and peer‑to‑peer support. It’s all about empowering users to get even more value from Dispatch Science while shaping the future of the platform together.

I can’t wait to see the insights, success stories, and meaningful connections that will grow out of this community.

Hi everyone,

As we continue to evolve Dispatch Science, one of our biggest focuses for the coming year is further imbedding AI into the platform and its functions. We have our own thoughts and plans on where and how to do this, but we also want to hear from the people who know the product best—you, our users.

AI can support delivery operations in many ways, but we want to make sure we’re investing in the capabilities that matter most to your business. So we’d love your input.

How would you like to see AI used in Dispatch Science? What would bring the most value to you?

A few questions to guide your feedback:

Where do you currently spend the most manual time in Dispatch Science?

Which workflows feel repetitive or predictable?

What decisions would you like AI to support—or even make—for you?

Your feedback shapes our roadmap

Our goal is not to add AI for the sake of it, but to use the leverage it provides to make your operations faster, easier, and more resilient.

Thanks in advance for sharing your ideas—we’re excited to design the future of Dispatch Science with you.
