As we continue to evolve Dispatch Science, one of our biggest focuses for the coming year is further imbedding AI into the platform and its functions. We have our own thoughts and plans on where and how to do this, but we also want to hear from the people who know the product best—you, our users.

AI can support delivery operations in many ways, but we want to make sure we’re investing in the capabilities that matter most to your business. So we’d love your input.
