Dispatch Science User Conference 2026
Highlights Customer Success and Innovation

MONTREAL, October 6-7, 2026

The Dispatch Science User Conference 2026 brought together customers, industry experts, product leaders and partners for two days of learning, collaboration and innovation focused on helping organizations maximize the value of their technology and prepare for the future of logistics.

The conference opened with Dispatch Science sharing its vision for the future and outlining investments designed to help customers improve efficiency, scale operations and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving delivery landscape.

A highlight of day one was Success Unfiltered, where customers shared real-world experiences and discussed how they are using Dispatch Science to enhance visibility, improve service levels and create operational efficiencies.

The event also featured hands-on training sessions covering customer self-enablement strategies, out-of-the-box analytics and multi-segment routing capabilities. There was also a recap on the Top 10 Features Released This Year, showcasing innovations driven by customer feedback and evolving industry needs.

Networking remained a key theme throughout the conference, with customers connecting during an evening reception to exchange ideas and discuss common operational challenges.

Day two focused on turning innovation into measurable business outcomes. Sessions included an AI panel discussion, which explored practical applications of artificial intelligence in logistics, and the popular Customer Q&A, where attendees engaged directly with company leadership and shared feedback that will help shape future product priorities.

Customers also received an exclusive preview of upcoming capabilities during the Product Innovation Showcase, followed by workshops on Data Bridge integrations, User Experience and real-world AI applications within Dispatch Science.

Several themes emerged throughout the event, including the need for technology that reduces complexity, the growing importance of visibility and actionable data, and the significant potential of AI when supported by strong processes and quality information.

As the conference concluded, one message was clear: the most valuable innovations come directly from customers. The insights, feedback and ideas shared throughout the event will continue to shape the future of Dispatch Science as the company remains focused on helping customers deliver exceptional service, operate more efficiently and grow with confidence.

“The energy, ideas, and collaboration we experienced in Montreal were truly inspiring. Our customers continue to push us to innovate, think bigger, and deliver more value. Together, we’re not just responding to the future of logistics, we’re helping create it.”
